BUSINESS OF THE QUARTER
The Chamber of Commerce regularly recognizes outstanding business in our membership. The Chambers Ambassadors make a special recognition each quarter called the, "Business of the Quarter". Recipients of this award are honored because they make a positive impact on it’s customers and our community.
The recipient must be a Chamber member, in business locally for three or more years, and currently have at least 2 full-time equivalent employees.There is no maximum number of employees.Then the applicants will be judged on the following:
- Community Concerns - social responsibility shown by involvement in local activities, and civic engagement by encouraging staff to volunteer.
- Customer Service - ease of accessibility, convenient hours, friendly and helpful staff.
- Economic Vitality and Responsibility - long term commitment to local economic growth, proactive hiring standards for community members, and commitment to educational excellence.
If you know of a business that should be considered for this award, please complete the form. If a business is nominated, but does not receive the award in the quarter nominated, they will be reconsidered each of the next three quarters for a complete year of eligibility.
